What are the roles of the Royal Society and OICL?
OICL handles all the academic programs, e.g. speakers, scheduling and presentation of the conference, scientific photo exhibition, including REGISTRATION of participants The Royal Society provides us with technical support e.g. arrangement of conference hall, audio-visual, computer powerpoint; panels for exhibition including preparation of food and beverages, cocktail reception, lunch buffet and tea/coffee breaks.
