What are the roles of the manager and coaches?
Managers are the leaders of each team and make decisions regarding practice schedule, team strategy, lineup, etc. Their presence is important at almost all games and practices. Coaches assist the managers at practices and games. Managers and Coaches are also role models for the players. Managers and Coaches respect the decisions of the umpires.
