What are the roles of Granger Construction and TMP on this project?
Granger Construction was hired by the District to perform a Facility Analysis of all school buildings. This analysis enabled the District to make educated decisions regarding maintaining and operating our buildings as well as providing the best learning environments for Onsted students. With bond passage, Granger Construction will assume the role of construction manager. In this capacity, Granger will be the representative of Onsted Schools and will manage the project and oversee subcontractors, but will not perform any of the trades work. TMP was selected by the district as the architectural firm to work with the district and Granger Construction on the development of the program. Utilizing the Facility Analysis, TMP developed concept drawings reflecting the recommendations established by the Facilities Planning Team and approved by the Board of Education.
