What are the roles and responsibilities of the facilitator?
Each Covenant Group has a lay facilitator, who is also a participant. The facilitator guides sessions, makes sure that the group begins and ends on time, and keeps in contact with group members about meetings. The facilitators are trained by the ministers and meet regularly with the ministers to help maintain the connection between individuals, groups and the larger congregation.
