What are the roles and responsibilities of a Customer Administrator?
The Customer Administrator is the person responsible for granting access to information provided by CustomerXPRESS.com to individuals in your organization. The Customer Administrator will have full access to all your organization’s information including all associated locations. Customer warrants that the Customer Administrator is a duly authorized agent of Customer to perform all duties described herein including granting authority of users to bind the Customer in purchasing contracts. The Customer Administrator is responsible for the following: – Adding user(s) by granting a user ID and password – Determining the appropriate level of access to CustomerXPRESS.
