Every surgery comes with its own specific risks and outcomes. These may involve swelling or wound healing issues. It is the surgeons responsibility to design a safe, low risk, highly effective surgery for you. It is the patients responsibility to follow the post-operative instructions, avoid smoking and limit vigorous activities immediately after surgery.
