What are the rights of private school Students?

0

The students are protected with existing laws of the country. The right to education is for everybody and not just students from private or public schools. There is no such thing as special rights for students in private schools. Although private schools operate with their own set of rules and regulations to protect the students and the school but these are not absolute rights of the students in private schools. These are just mere regulations of the school and they are subject to changes when the school wishes. These are not the same with what were written by lawmakers that becomes a law when approved by the majority of the lawmakers. Since they are laws it means everyone is obligated to follow. Boarding schools have also set their own rules and regulations because schools are guaranteed by the government to set their own rules and regulations to protect the integrity school.
