What are the rights of FESTF members?
Members of the Task Force will be considered to have met EPA data requirements for endangered species information. They will be entitled to data compensation from non-members who choose to cite Task Force work. Non-members will be required to submit endangered species data to support their own registrations and applications, unless they join FESTF or offer to share the costs expended by FESTF in fulfilling the FIFRA requirements.
