What are the return Policies?
We offer Store Credit or Exchange only, less shipping & handling charges. Returns must be 15 days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns must be in unused and original condition with the any tags attached. Items that have been used or worn CAN NOT be returned. Worn goods WILL NOT be accepted unless Dreamz Unlimited and the manufacturer deems that the shoe is defective. Any worn shoe returned will be sent back at the customer’s expense. All returns will be inspected upon return. The inner sole and bottom of the shoes must be in its new and original condition, with no marks, scuffs, dirt or indentations.
All returns must be authorized. Please call 800-717-7751 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Damaged goods are replaced for free. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to regular orders and a 40% fee will be applied to sample order. The customer will be responsible for all freight on returns unless goods are damaged. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Drap Santé Inc. supplies quality products. We are committed to repair or replace, in the best possible delay, any defective products caused by our manufacturing. Return the product in its original packaging accompanied with the proof of purchase from the retailer. The warranty does not cover pilling.
Damaged Merchandise: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Manufacturer’s Defects: If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, call customer service at (303) 246-3456. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a manufacturer’s defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box. Supplies may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Machines may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus our shipping/handling charges of getting the package to you). This gives you a chance to try the machine in your own home and make sure it does what you expect. While we do not penalize our customers with a ‘restocking fee’, machines must be returned in the same condition received, with the original packing materials, boxes, and instructions. Appropriate deductions will be made for damaged units or missing components. You must call for a return authorization number before making any returns.
