Most of the restrictions (see above) within Romanelli West do not allow for any outbuildings, but there are exceptions! Please see the restrictions for your block under “Building Restrictions” and submit your plans to HACCD prior to doing any work. Note: Our restrictions are strictly enforced through legal action where necessary.
