What are the rest break and meal period requirements for agricultural workers?
Agricultural workers are entitled to at least a 10-minute paid rest break for each four hours worked. The worker is also entitled to a meal period of at least 30 minutes if working more than five hours in a day. If working 11 or more hours in a day, the worker is allowed at least one aditional 30-minute meal period.
