The team’s responsibilities are to: • Ensure that action is taken to implement decisions of the Programme Board and progress the programme in the agreed direction • Address issues and risks identified by the Implementation Board and Stakeholder Group and escalate to the PHIT Programme Board where required • Work with the Department of Health Offender Health team to manage the programme budget and any future funding requirements • To support the user community and key stakeholders in developing a knowledge base for the programme • To support communications and engagement activities related to the programme
