What are the responsibilities of the LPAC regarding the End of -Year Review?
The LPAC must ensure that information is recorded according to the decisions of the committee. The LPACs decision must be consistent with the information provided in the LPAC handbook to ensure district and state compliance. At the end of each year, the LPAC must review all LEP students and exited students. This is called the end of the year review. The LPAC will complete the End-of-Year Review form by filling-out the recommendation/placement for the following year. This information is then inputted in PEIMS. LEP students must be reviewed annually.
