What are the responsibilities of an Account Manager?
Your Account Manager is your direct point of contact and primary communication link with T.E.A.M. He or she provides management consultations, guides you in making management referrals to the EAP, conducts employee and supervisor orientations, presents on-site trainings and workshops, facilitates critical incident debriefings and traumatic event interventions at the workplace, and communicates utilization information about your company’s involvement with the EAP.
