What are the responsibilities of an account manager and an authorized signer?
Each account has one account manager. This individual will have access to detailed financial information, authorize disbursements, assign and remove authorized signers, and review receipts. This individual attests that disbursements from the account are consistent with the intent of the fund and that deposits received are appropriate. Each account can have up to three authorized signers. An authorized signer is an individual named by the account manager to make disbursements from the account. To see a list of the account manager and authorized signers for any account, you must have access to that account. To view the list, log in to MMF Online Reports, drill into the specific account, and click “About” next to the name of the account.
