What are the responsibilities of a UTC Mocs Club Chapter Rep?
Ideally, each UTC Mocs Club Chapter Rep “manages” 8-12 members throughout each fiscal year (July 1-June 30). This process typically includes a routine of communication, cultivation and stewardship for each member a Rep manages. The Chapter Rep program is designed to be a stress-free, low-impact program which maximizes the “personal touch” we can provide to each donor while offering Chapter Reps the ability to earn significant Rep Rewards. Sample Activities for a UTC Mocs Club Chapter Rep: Rep Kickoff event held on UTC Campus (Rep training, appreciation, motivation) Reps contact each member to verify membership information was received, remind of any key dates (football games in area, pre-season coaches caravan, TV party, etc.) as well as Renewal Priority Deadline and opportunity to renew Reps keep casual contact with members at games, events, occasional notes/e-mails/calls, etc. (Answering questions, bringing forward concerns, etc.) Reps contact members to help communicate basketball p
