What are the responsibilities of a foster parent for a child in care?
The primary responsibility of a foster parent is to provide a safe, stable and nurturing environment for the child placed in their care. You will also need to support the case plan of care for the child, and assist the child with regular visitation between the child, the parents and siblings (if the child is placed apart from her/his siblings).
