What are the responsibilities for management and the worker?
For management: • Establish and maintain a health & safety program; • Ensure workers are provided with the proper and adequate training; • Provide workers with health & safety information; • Support JHSC members; • Evaluate Health & Safety performance for all staff. For workers: • Follow safe work procedures; • Report any injury or illness immediately; • Report any unsafe acts and conditions • Know and comply with the OHSA.
