The Board of Directors, as a unit, has many responsibilities. The primary responsibility of the Board is to oversee the operations of the agency. The Board meets on a regular basis, votes on changes to the way the organization runs, reviews, approves and assists with developing policies, reviews and approves the budget that runs the business and much more.
