In addition to any amounts that you pay to the owner to rent their unit, Hanalei Bay Resort has two fees that they also charge to guests that check-in. The first is a $25 “Check-in fee” that compensates the resort for operating the front desk and checking you in. They also charge a “Resort Fee” of $5 per day. This fee covers free parking, free tennis, and free local phone service.
