What are the Resort arrival times?
At most resorts you arrive at the Resort between 3pm and 8pm and leave at 3pm. For skiing holidays you arrive between 5 pm and 8 pm and leave at 5pm. However, these times may differ according to the Resort you’re visiting – we advise you check your sales agreement. Also, please note that if you are making your own way to the Resort, you are expected on the first day from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier and want lunch on the first day, you’ll be invoiced except in: La Caravelle, Columbus Isle, Sandpiper, Cancun Yucatan, Ixtapa, Punta Cana and Turquoise. For Club Med 2 cruises, as a general rule, boarding is from 4pm to 6pm and disembarkation between 9am and 11am. If your transport is arranged by Club Med you may stay on board until you leave for the airport. If you have made your own travel arrangements you will be required to disembark by 11am.
