It is the law to have an annual Gas Safety Certificate covering each gas appliance at the property. This must be issued by a CORGI registered engineer. As far as Electrics are concerned, we recommend that you have a full electrical safety inspection of your property every five years. All portable appliances require an annual Portable Appliance Test (PAT).
