What are the requirements?
A crime must have caused physical injury, psychic trauma or death of the victim. The crime was reported to the proper law enforcement authorities within 48 hours after the crime. The claim must be filed within 180 days of the date of the crime. The applicant fully cooperated with all law enforcement agencies and with the Division of Victim Assistance The applicant was not engaged in any illegal activity at the time of the crime.
First, you must be signed on as part of the trash district. If you are not, please call the town at 637-8815. Next, it is recommended that you put your trash out the night before your scheduled pickup. You are allowed to put out up to (8) 32 gallon bags of trash per week, not exceeding 50 pounds per receptacle.
15. How long is a temporary Q.P. license valid? They are valid for 60 days. If the business licensee wishes to renew the temporary Q.P. license a written request, showing good cause, for renewal must be submitted the Commission prior to the expiration of your temporary license. Remember this must be Commission approved, be aware of the Commission Meeting Agenda cut-off dates. If you allow your temporary Q.P. to expire, you will not be eligible for another Temporary Qualifying Party License. 16. How many Temporary QP renewals can I get? Due to the fact that the renewal of a Temporary QP license must be Commission approved, there is no determining how many renewals may or may not be granted. 17. How do I get more information?
