To login, create, and submit travel orders, all you need is a Browser and Internet access but to view completed travel orders you will need an IBM compatible PC and one of the following browsers: Netscape Navigator 4.04 or later with NCompass ScriptActive plug-in Internet Explorer 4.0 or later TOPS Web uses JetForm plugins to display the form in a browser. The first time you view a travel order form, you will be prompted to install these plugins. Once installed you will not be prompted to install them again. The travel order forms will just appear in the browser window.
