What are the requirements to update my OEL?
• Be designated, with additional duty orders, as a Unit Movement Officer/Non Commissioned Officer (UMO) for your unit. • Have a certificate of training for satisfactory completion of the TC Aims II operator’s course. • Bring copies of the above mentioned documents to the Unit Movement Section to get a TC Aims II username and password. • Know the Unit Identification Code (UIC) for your unit and bring an updated copy of your unit’s property book as well as a complete listing of your organic vehicles and containers showing model, bumper and serial numbers of the equipment. • See your property book officer to identify the Controlled Item Inventory Code (CIIC) of any sensitive items that you intend to list in your OEL. • A Unit Movement Section staff member will assist you with the process of updating your OEL.
