What are the requirements to submit a building permit?
Different projects require different information. In general, two (2) sets of detailed plans and referral department information are required. Please see the Building Permit Application Checklist for more detail. In every case any Land Use approvals must be obtained before a building permit will be accepted. Submittal requirements checklists are available at the Building Development Department by the front desk.
