What are the requirements to stay in the MPIA program once admitted?
Students who are admitted to the MPIA, like all graduate programs at Virginia Tech, must maintain a B average over an academic year. Students who do not get a B or higher in one semester will get a chance to bring their GPA back up to the required B average in the following semester. If you do not do so, however, you will be put on probation and may not progress towards your degree if your grades do not improve.
