What are the requirements to serve as an event HOST SITE?

A HOST SITE provides the event facility and related amenities (i.e. tables, chairs, microphones, on-site registration, etc.). We are currently accepting invitations from Colleges and Universities to serve as a HOST SITE for a weekend retreat: Basic Training For Student Leaders (Fri -Sun). Host sites must accommodate upwards of 150 students.
