What are the requirements to rent through Manchester Property Management?
Prospective tenants would need to fill out an application, and turn it in along w/ a $20.00 application fee. This fee is non-refundable as it goes towards the processing of the application. To be accepted to rent from Manchester prospective tenants will need to have good and established credit, a clean landlord history (ie. paid on time, never been evicted or broken a lease), and you finally need to make a months rent in one weeks guaranteed income. The only way Manchester can hold and guarantee an apartment until move-in would be with a Security Deposit that is 400.00 for any apartment that Manchester manages effective 10/23/08.
