You must either have performed paid nursing care activities in any state or territory of the United States, for at least 8 hours within the last 24 months, or have passed both the written and skills exams approved by the Colorado Board of Nursing for nurse aide certification within the last 24 months. If you meet these requirements, you will need to complete the application to reinstate a lapsed CNA certificate.
