What are the requirements to register for DMS?
In order to register for DMS, you must be a diversity company. In order to be eligible for MWDVBE status, your business must be at least 51% owned, controlled and operated by the following diversity groups: African American Asian American Hasidic Jew (New York only) Hispanic American Native American Non-Minority Male (Small Businesses) Service Disabled Veterans Women Owned You MUST have a 3rd party certificate, certifying your company as a diversity company.
