Dispatchable Asset Related Demand asset requirements include all of the requirements for the Non-Dispatchable Asset Related Demand asset. Dispatchable Asset Related Demand assets also need to be able to receive and follow Electronic Dispatch (ED) instructions. To meet this requirement the dispatchable Asset Related Demand assets must comply with the following: • Technical Requirements For Generation, Dispatchable Asset Related Demands and Interruptible Loads specified in Operating Procedure 14, which is being reviewed at the May 2nd Reliability Committee meeting.
