What are the requirements to participate? Is it competitive to get in?
• With the large numbers of applicants applying for a limited number of slots, nabbing an opening the first time around can be tricky. Overall, we are looking to build a well-rounded team of people with varying experience levels. Most importantly, individuals must be flexible, responsible and enthusiastic about the project and the early mornings it entails. Our only strict requirement is that each participant must carry their own personal health insurance.
