ATM cards are ONLY available to clients who have an approved CoBrand card with WRL. In order to comply with government and bank regulations, in order for the recipient to use the card at an ATM, they are required to register the card on WRL and provide their name, address, date of birth, and social security number. Once registered, the PIN number will be displayed. If a cardholder chooses to not provide this information, their card will be activated, but for standard debit purchases only.
