What are the requirements to obtain a Real Estate Sales Person License in Connecticut?
• Successful completion of Real Estate Principles & Practices course. All 60 hours must be in a classroom led by an instructor. • The applicant must be at least 18 years old to obtain a Real Estate License. • The applicant must take and pass the state Real Estate examination for Salesperson. • After successful completion of the required 60 classroom hours and passing the state examination, you must associate with a licensed broker to activate your Real Estate Salesperson license.
