There are minimum requirements to join the Phi Theta Kappa organization. 1. Minimum GPA of 3.5 at Collin College. 2. Must have completed at least 12 hours of college credit at Collin College. 3. Must be currently enrolled in at least 3 hours of college credit courses at Collin. 4. A one time application and dues payment of $90.00 is required by the enrollment deadline determined each semester.
