What are the requirements to enter the Christian Science Nursing Arts training program?
• Membership in The Mother Church. • Membership in a branch church or society. • Practical accounts of how you have demonstrated Christian Science in your own life. • Applicants are required to offer accounts of healings that demonstrate their understanding of Christian Science. • Class instruction in Christian Science. • Ability to read, write, and speak English well. What do I need to know to apply? Arden Wood offers Christian Science nurses the opportunity to strengthen and deepen their Christian Science nursing practice through participation in classroom sessions followed by mentored on-the-job training in the Christian Science nursing arts. Based on the Christian Science nurse’s readiness and demonstrated ability to apply the Christian Science nursing arts in his/her present nursing practice, the course level and length of the on-the-job training period may vary.
