What are the requirements to become licensed as a real estate salesperson?
You must be age 18 or older. You must have an address within the State. You must complete the required number of hours of study and pass the State Examination. The State will require you to be appointed by a real estate broker as his/her salesperson. You must fill out the appropriate State forms, pay the license fee, provide a copy of your test results, and pay the applicable license fee.
