What are the requirements to become a South Carolina Real Estate Salesman?
To become a South Carolina Real Estate agent you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have high school diploma or equivelant • Not have been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude • Complete and pass the state approved 60 hour Pre-License course • Pass the state exam with at least a 70% • Submit an application with appropriate fees and be affiliated with a broker
