And to become a nurse first of all, you have to go to a nursing program; can be two years for an Associates or three years for an Associates degree or four years for a Bachelors degree and you take the NCLEX and pass the, the test to become board certified and you have your RN certification and then you would go to work for a hospital and have your orientation which could be for a NICU or a Neonatal Intensive, Intensive Care Unit; could be maybe two months up to a year and then have a mentorship program after that with somebody kind of guiding you and able, available to ask your questions. And so that would give you the education requirements to be a neonatal nurse and then to actually work as a neonatal nurse, you would want to have compassion.
