A. All of our volunteers must be able to make the commitment to spend regular, consistent time with their Little Sister (or TEAM group) for at least one year. Big Sisters in our Community-Based Mentoring program must be at least 20 years-old, and volunteers in our School-Based Mentoring and TEAM Group Mentoring programs must be at least 18 years-old.
