What are the requirements to become a Alabama Real Estate Agent?
• Be at least 19 years of age • Be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident • Have a high school diploma or GED • Show proof of residency in any state in the US • Not have been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude • Not have had a real estate application of license rejected or revoked in any state within the past 2 yrs • Complete and pass the state approved 60 hour Sales Associate Pre-License course • Pass the state exam • Submit application with appropriate fees
