Your Computer must have the minimum requirements: 500 MGHz Processor, 128 MB RAM, Windows XP Home or Windows XP professional Operating System and an Ethernet adapter. You must have a Cable Modem, DSL, T1, or wireless broadband connection with an Internet Service Provider or any kind of internet connection that you do not have to log on to (such as Dial-Up). Make sure all the information (including credit card information and expiration date) that you have entered into your account profile are correct. Be sure to have a blank CD or DVD in your CD and that your CD drive is capable of burning CDs. If you do not have one, it is advised that you at least have an external CD-R drive that you can plug into your USB port.
