If, after consulting with IT Services and Marketing and Communication, you decide to seek Web site design services from an outside vendor, the first step is to consider the list of approved vendors found on the Purchasing Department Web site. Vendors on the approved Web design list already have signed a legal agreement called the Master Web Services Agreement (MWSA) and have accepted the university vendor terms and conditions. If the vendor is not on the list, please confer with the Purchasing Department, Marketing and Communication and IT Services on the process for getting new approved vendors. Once an approved vendor is selected, the Marquette project lead should provide the vendor with the Project Services Agreement (PSA) template to develop a statement of work.
