A. In accordance with the California Physical Therapy Practice Act, the physical therapist who will be demonstrating on the patients/clients MUST possess a valid California PT license. The consent form must state that the client/patient has the option to cease participation at any time during the presentation as well as state the name of the faculty member who will be providing the patient care.
