Cement screeds can be laid once they are hard enough to walk on, anhydrite screeds when the residual moisture is a maximum of 1 CM%. Wooden substrates must be firmly fixed and may neither swing nor flex. In wet rooms, laid on seals forming part of the compound (preferably waterproof coatings) or on cold adhesion sealing sheets (Kaltselbstklebebahnen , KSK) as per DIN 18195-5 with a PE film separating layer, minimum thickness 0.2mm.
