the following within 30 days prior to the expiry of his license: (i) Application for the renewal of license duly notarized; (ii) Certification or proof that the holder has rendered services during the previous 24 months in accordance with the provisions of this Part from an AMO, or any other person found acceptable in writing by the Authority, as applicable, in any case fully in compliance with this regulations.
