What are the Requirements for the Proper Witnessing of a Will?

0

In order to be valid, a Will must be signed by at least two witnesses, each of whom signed the Will within a reasonable time after witnessing either: • the signing of the Will by its maker, or • the Will makers acknowledgment of: • his or her own signature on the Will, or • the Will having been signed by someone else on the Will makers behalf.
