What are the requirements for the internal and independent evaluation plans?
If you are recompeting you are required to submit a summary of your evaluation efforts or plan to date, and a copy of any evaluation that has been completed, as part of your application for funding (45 CFR 2522.730). If you recompete again in 2010 or beyond, you are required to submit a completed evaluation with your application. The Corporation will consider the results of your evaluation in assessing the quality and outcomes of your program (45 CFR 2522.470).
