What are the requirements for the Drag and Drop Interface?
In order to use the Drag and Drop Interface your system must be a Windows-based, running Win98 or a later Operating System (OS). You can check to see what OS your system is running by accessing the Help area of the Start menu. You also must use Internet Explorer 5.0 or later Internet Explorer (IE) browser. You can check to see what IE you are running by accessing About Internet Explorer in IE’s Help menu. Drag and Drop employs file transfer protocol (FTP) behind the scenes as opposed to JBackup Light’s use of hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP). You must be working on a system and network that allows for FTP access. If you are unsure as to whether or not your network allows for FTP access contact your system administrator.
